If you failed money transfer or have a pending payment, you will receive an email containing an encrypted link. It will take you to the MY Account customer portal. From there, you can choose the suitable money transfer system and enter the appropriate information.

In this type of payment method, you have to log in to your account and go to the customer portal (https://account.mycommerce.com/). After this, you need to open “Order Preview” and “Payment Status”. You can check whether the payment was received successfully. If not, you can still change the gateway type button on the order review page.

How Can I Change My Credit Card Information?
You can change your credit card information by logging in to the “My Account” customer portal: https://account.mycommerce.com/. Go to the account information, clicking your name on the top right corner of your screen. After this, locate the option named “Change payment data for future orders.” Click on the “Edit” button in that section. Follow the prompts once you have clicked the Edit button. Whenever you place a new order, these changes will come into effect, and your new credit card will be used to do the transactions.
