You can easily get your user ID and password back in case you forget them and/or skip resetting them at the start of the process. All you have to do is to visit this URL “https://account.mycommerce.com/Account/ForgotPassword.” Enter your email address in the window you used at the beginning of the process, and click the Send Data tab. You will get your user ID in the mailbox in the same email address you entered. Along with your User ID, you will also receive a unique link to the website that will offer you the setting to reset the password.
Can I Merge My Different Accounts Into A Single One?
If you have different user IDs for each product subscription, you cannot merge them into a single one. You have to run each User ID separately. Each Profile has a unique User ID, and it represents a separate Account that is associated with it. Due to its unique identity, you cannot move it to another account.
