You can create a new password using the my commerce login portal if you forget your account password or did not set it at the time of placing the order. To do so you need to visit this page: https://account.mycommerce.com/. When you search it on your browser it takes you to the following page:
When you are on this page, enter your User ID and click on Request Login/Password. Clicking this option will open a new window. You need to enter your official email address in the resulting window. Remember it is the same email address you used at the time of placing the order. Once you have typed the email in the box click send data.
You will receive a mail containing a designated link to help you set your password. Copy this link and enter it on your browser search bar and then click enter. With this, a new page will appear on the screen. Enter a new password in it then retype the password in the following window to confirm it.
Completing the above details click the “Reset Password” and you are all set. Save your new password at a safe place. Now you can go back to the login page, enter the details and click Log In. with this, you will be able to access your account.
